Our standard return policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, please contact us for more options.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in new, unused and in the same condition that you received them. All original packaging material, manuals, hardware, etc must be returned as well. A restocking fee of 15% or equal to the value of missing parts may be charged on all returns. Excessive missing parts may result in termination of return process or result in a higher restocking fee.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may (under our discretion) be partially refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. Please note, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted back to your bank account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need a defective exchange, please send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, please contact us for the return shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item valued over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping method and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged during return shipping transit. Refunds will not be given in the event of a lost or damaged shipment. Please contact the shipping company to file a claim. They are responsible for reimbursing you in the event you purchased shipping insurance.
